RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURE • NEW CONSTRUCTION
NORTH LAKE HOUSE
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY, NY
Set along the lake within the historic context of the Chautauqua Institution, this residence is shaped by horizon and seasonal rhythm. The client sought a home that felt contemporary in form while remaining warm, grounded, and deeply connected to its surroundings. Balanced clean lines with material warmth, allow the views and landscape to take precedence. Interior spaces are organized to frame long sightlines toward the water, with carefully placed openings capturing evening light.

CIVIC & COMMUNITY PROJECTS • RENOVATION
JAMES PRENDERGAST LIBRARY
JAMESTOWN, NY
This project renews a historic public library to better serve its community by clarifying the entry sequence, creating a welcoming threshold that signals openness, accessibility, and renewed public life. Bold color and graphic clarity are introduced intentionally at the entry and within the children’s area, bringing energy, orientation, and a sense of invitation for young readers and families. These moments of activation are carefully balanced with the existing structure, allowing the building’s character to remain.

COMMERCIAL ARCHITECTURE • NEW CONSTRUCTION
21 BRIX WINERY
PORTLAND, NY
This renovation reimagines the winery to support gathering, hospitality, and seasonal use while remaining rooted in its rural setting. The design emphasizes clarity of movement, warmth of material, and a strong connection between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. The result is a composed, welcoming design that elevates the experience while allowing the wine, the place, and the people to remain central.
